1. Are your watches 100% genuine?
Yes, we are the authorized distributor for the UK for Android, Dievas, Debaufre, Ennebi, Franchi Menotti, Kazimon, Montres de Luxe, Terra Cielo Mare and Xemex. We guarantee all our watches are absolutely genuine and as described. All watches come with two year warranty, all paperwork and packaging. Also, if you order a watch and change your mind, we accept returns within 14 days (providing the watch is unworn and in perfect condition) and will issue a full refund.
2. Do you have "Special Offers"?
We have tried to keep prices as competitive as possible and believe they offer great value. It is always worth checking the Sales Items and Offers section for great deals on certain lines.
3. How much is the delivery charge?
Delivery is completely free on all watches to UK addresses for normal delivery. If you require next day delivery, providing the watch is in stock, there is an extra charge which is shown as you checkout. For orders from other countries, please email for rates.
4. Is the website secure? When you make a purchase from Quality Time, we collect certain personal information from you (eg: your name, email address, payment address and details). All this information is held on secure servers. We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of any personal information we receive from you. We strictly adhere to the requirements of the data protection legislation in the UK.
We use PayPal for our transactions and checkout, which is one of the best and most secure systems around. This means you can pay by credit card, or by PayPal if you have an account and would prefer to use that. We can also send a PayPal invoice on request. Please view the Privacy Policy for more details.
5. Does Quality Time supply trade customers?
Yes we distribute to the watch trade in the UK. We however do not supply to internet only traders. Any interested traders/jewelers please contact us for more information.
6. Do you accept cheques, bankers drafts or other means of payment?
Yes we can accept cheques and bankers drafts, payable to "Quality Time". This will of course mean a delay whilst the funds clear. As mentioned above, we can also send a PayPal invoice on request. Please contact us for more details and any questions you may have.
7. Which countries can you supply?
We can supply Montre de Luxe, Kazimon, Xemex and Dievas to the UK only. Android and Debaufre and all other watches we can supply to European and UK customers.
