| Warranty / Guarantee |
Our watches come with a full two year warranty.
All our brands are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects. However, after 24 months from the date of purchase the labour cost of any intervention or replacement part is paid under the terms of this guarantee.
In order to obtain these services, you will be required to present the certificate issued to you by us or by the authorised dealer upon completing, dating and stamping this certificate. Please be sure to obtain the warranty certificate.
The guarantee does not cover:
1. Defects resulting from damage, mishandling, incorrect or faulty handling and lack of care, accidents or normal wear or tear.
2 Alteration or repairs not performed by an authorised dealer of the brands.
3. Ageing or consequences of normal wear of the watch and leather straps or steel bracelets.
Please note: The water resistance of the watches is guaranteed only if the retailer has performed a water resistant test every time the watch is opened, for any reason.
