“Having identified the watch I wanted I contacted Steve Jones, the owner of Quality Time, out of business hours and made several enquiries. Steve replied very quickly answering all my questions in a pleasantly informal prompt and efficient way. Steve continued to be incredibly helpful and happily answered several follow up questions. I bought the watch on a Sunday and the excellent comms continued. The watch was delivered by Royal Mail special delivery 24 hours later in a condition that was better than the online description i.e. in A1 condition. The watch arrived with all its original papers and box exactly as described and was well packaged and protected from the rigours of transit. "I had been browsing the Quality time website several times and kept coming back to a Seiko Limited Edition Blue Monster. This is a watch I had been keen to get hold of for quite some time. Anyway late on a Sunday evening I decided to take the plunge and I emailed Steve with an enquiry about the watch. He came back to me straight away and basically we did the deal there and then.
