Are your watches and other stock 100% genuine and exactly as described?

Yes, we guarantee all our stock is absolutely genuine and as described. All watches come with a 1 year warranty, all paperwork and packaging as shown in the listing. Also, if you order a watch or other item and change your mind, we accept returns within 14 days (providing the item is in the same condition) and will issue a full refund.

Are your pre owned watches authentic?

Yes, all our pre owned and other brand watches are guaranteed 100% authentic. We have tried to offer a good cross section of used watches which are a great chance to purchase a quality watch at an affordable price.

Do you buy used watches?

Yes, if you have a watch you are considering selling, please email us information and we will try to offer a competitive price for it. 

How much is the delivery charge?

Delivery is completely free by Royal Mail Special Delivery on all watches to UK addresses. We try to send within 3 days and will email the tracking number as soon as the watch is sent. If you require next day delivery, providing the watch is in stock and is ordered before 12pm the same day, there is an extra charge which is shown as you checkout. For orders from other countries, please email for rates.

Is the website secure? When you make a purchase from Quality Time, we collect certain personal information from you (eg: your name, email address, payment address and details). All this information is held on secure servers. We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of any personal information we receive from you. We strictly adhere to the requirements of the data protection legislation in the UK.

We use PayPal for our transactions and checkout, which is one of the best and most secure systems around. This means you can pay by credit/debit card, or by PayPal if you have an account and would prefer to use that. We can also send a PayPal invoice on request. Do you accept cheques, bankers drafts or other means of payment?

Yes we can accept cheques and bankers drafts, payable to "Quality Time". This will of course mean a delay whilst the funds clear. As mentioned above, we can also send a PayPal invoice on request. Please contact us for more details and any questions you may have.
